As a Principal User Experience Designer I lead, shape and deliver digital experiences which delight customers. Having worked as a designer internally and externally for over 8 years I've built up a wealth of knowledge across sectors; most notably education, retail and finance. Working closely with users, stakeholders and technical teams, I craft responses to briefs, conduct user testing, define user journeys, design interfaces and build internal processes whilst managing and leading a product team.
